With decades of experience between us, we formed Check Costs with a single goal: to simplify overhead management for business owners. Our team brings together expertise from different corners of the business world, from accountancy and business development to brokering and cost management.
Phil and Ricky are seasoned accountants with over 40 years of experience, offering invaluable insight into how to optimise costs from a financial perspective. Ben has worked at director level for some of the most successful B2B telecoms companies in the UK, while Lee has spearheaded business development at Auditel, a company renowned for helping businesses micro-manage their overheads without the hassle of actually having to do it themselves.

With over 25 years of experience in leadership and business development, Lee is passionate about delivering results that add value to our clients. Ben set up 4G Voice and Data in 2012 following 6 successful years as Sales Director of Wish Communications. Following the sale of 4G in 2017, and after a break from the industry, Ben is returning with the same emphasis on helping clients navigate the vast world of utilities.

What services do you provide?
We try to make sure we deal with all the things you don’t want to. At the moment, we offer solutions for Gas, Electricity, Mobile and Hosted telecoms & IT licences but we are always adding to this list.
How much will this cost me?
Nothing. Our services are completely free to you, as we are remunerated entirely by our suppliers. If we can’t create a saving for you, you are under no obligation to do anything.
How long does the process take?
The time you need to spend on our work is minimal and our work is done in the background without causing interruptions to you. A 30-minute meeting is often enough. Depending on the type of service we are assessing, you will usually have pricing indications back from us within 48 working hours.
Who do I speak to if I need something?
You will be allocated a dedicated Account Manager when you switch your first service to us. You will have their mobile number and direct email address. All of our team are trained in all areas of our services and you will have one point of contact for all your interactions with us.
Do I have to spend time dealing with my existing suppliers to move?
In short, No. Once we’ve agreed on the right solution with you from our network, we do the rest. You won’t need to call anyone.
If we are switching mobiles to you, can we keep our numbers?
Of course! You just need to give us your PAC codes and we’ll do the rest. If you are moving from multiple providers, we’ll manage it all for you.
